Duties and Responsibilities: - [Develop and implement or Implement] account social media strategy that aligns with business objectives and adheres to brand and business standards - Generate account specific content for social media channels about upcoming events and activations, menu specials, meet the team highlights, and more, at the discretion of [manager] - Share readymade content to social media channels about Bon Appétit sustainability and wellness commitments - Review regular data reports for trends and adjust social media strategy as needed - Monitor social media channels and respond to guest comments in a timely manner, alerting [manager] to critical comments or messages that require input - Collaborate with Bon Appétit team on event planning and execution - Meet every two weeks with [manager] and update them on initiatives and activities OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES - Working knowledge of Bon Appétit policies and procedures regarding food safety - Working knowledge of Bon Appétit as a company in order to answer basic customer questions about unit operations - Working knowledge of Bon Appétit brand, image, and writing style standards - Must be able to meet Bon Appétit uniform standards for the position Bon Appétit is a diversity growth-oriented organization.
