Description Overview: Varney Agency is seeking a motivated Bonding Insurance Producer to help construction and commercial clients secure the surety bonds they need for projects and licensing. This role combines financial analysis, relationship-building, and strategic market placement with top surety companies. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate client financials, credit, and work-in-progress reports to determine bonding capacity Match clients with appropriate surety markets and prepare submissions Provide ongoing business and financial guidance to help clients increase bonding limits Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and industry events Maintain strong relationships with clients and surety underwriters Manage bond renewals, issue riders, and support clients through claims or disputes Requirements Active Property & Casualty license Strong financial literacy, including reading balance sheets and construction financials Knowledge of construction contracts, common bond types and market appetites Excellent communication, public speaking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities
