Description Microwave Techniques Microwave Techniques is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the development and refinement of a specialized bonding process utilizing proprietary adhesives and techniques. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, demonstrate strong documentation and organizational skills, and have a foundational understanding of composite materials or prior experience in a manufacturing environment. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to process improvements, gain exposure to advanced materials, and support innovation within a leading engineering and manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing, testing, and refining bonding processes using proprietary adhesive systems Document procedures, results, and process changes with a high level of accuracy Perform hands-on work in a lab or manufacturing setting Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support process validation Requirements Preferred Qualifications: Basic understanding of composite science, materials, or related engineering concepts Hands on experience with wet Layup and/or resin Infusion.
