Provide clear education on the "silent" nature of bone loss to ensure long-term medication compliance. Collaborative Care Act as a bridge between orthopedic surgeons, rheumatologists and primary care providers to ensure continuity of care post-fracture. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system. Requirements Required Qualifications Education: Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program or Advanced Nurse Practitioner program Licensure: Current PA / APRN License and applicable Board Certification.
