Ensure that quality targets are achieved for key customers Co-ordinate order processing to ensure that service levels are of the highest standard Complete work in the most efficient manner Control staff movements within department to ensure accurate work records Implement and enforce all Group HR Policies Implement and enforce all Group Health and Safety policies Minimise waste in relation to packaging Minimise energy use Participate fully in the continuous improvement system Maintain good relationships with other functions within the factory and maximise cross-functional workings to deliver the best overall result possible Working hours: Boning Hall: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm (approximately) What we need from you? Proficient English Portuguese/Polish speaking is advantageous but not required Basic computer skills are advantageous Good people management skills Target-oriented approach Commitment to confidentiality Previous experience in meat production (beef processing preferred) Knife skills Responsible from pre op. to post op. handover Manage staff holidays What can we offer you?
