Job Title: Book Block Maker Produce high-quality book blocks while operating production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do: Operate book block manufacturing equipment and machinery. Review production specifications and job requirements. Inspect materials and finished products for quality assurance. Perform machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting. Maintain production output while minimizing waste. Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping expectations. Complete production documentation accurately. Support team operations and cross-training initiatives. Requirements Who You Are: Strong attention to detail and quality. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability. Reliable attendance and dependability required. Willingness to work a 10-hour or 12-hour shift Ability to work independently and with a team. Extra Skills That Set You Apart: Previous manufacturing or print production experience preferred. Previous bindery or print industry experience. Experience operating automated production equipment. Knowledge of production workflow and quality systems. Forklift or material handling experience.
