Job Responsibilities: To apply customer service knowledge to assisting customers with their purchases and questions, continuously incorporating positive customer-focused strategies. Handle cash and trade transactions in an accurate and efficient manner. Job Requirements: · Good communication and customer service skills · Motivation to serve our customers · Able to efficiently and accurately complete sales transactions · Ability to deescalate situations that may arise in a retail work environment working with the public · Cash Handling and POS knowledge. · Able to adapt to a flexible working schedule with early mornings, evenings, mid-shifts, and weekends · Must maintain a clean, orderly counter area free of clutter, in front, on top and behind This position is full-time and currently being offered at a minimum 30 hours per week.
