We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role is essential for supporting our financial operations and providing insights that drive business decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Experience with payroll processing is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using accounting software QuickBooks
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner

  • Conduct bank reconciliation to verify account balances and transactions
  • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts based on historical data
  • Analyze accounts and prepare reports for management review
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
