Based in Retford, Revival Beds manufacture luxury wooden beds and bedroom furniture.
A permanent, part-time position is now available for an experienced Bookkeeper to join the team on a permanent basis.
Working 8 hours per week over 2 days - preferably Tuesday’s & Thursday’s 10am-2pm, but can be flexible.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience of using; Xero, Dext & BrightPay software.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 2-3 years bookkeeping experience
• Xero, Dext, BrightPay, Microsoft Office & Gmail suite
• Processing journals and month / year-end reports
• VAT returns and payroll
• Ability to deal with transactions accurately
• A positive, enthusiastic team player who is a fast learner
• Ability to deal with numerous clients in a logical, time efficient manner
• Excellent communication and organisation skills, with the ability to take ownership of own workload

• Preparation of reports and monthly accounts
• Data entry and processing purchase ledger invoices and paying suppliers
• Sales invoicing and debtors control
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Petty cash and credit card reconciliation
• Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns
• Process weekly payroll
• Maintenance of employee holidays and absence records
• General assistance and support for the team and business where necessary (filing, post and answering calls in a courteous and professional manner)
