As a key member of our team, you will help uphold the integrity and excellence that define our organization. Job Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records, primarily in Quickbooks. Record transactions and perform monthly bank reconciliations. Help with cash flow management. Prepare monthly financial reports for management review. Communicate with the CPA firm to support tax preparation. Monthly bookkeeping work will be for approximately 10 small real estate and investment oriented LLCs. Requirements Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred). Proven experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper. Proficiency in accounting software (especially QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and journal entries. Experience with producing monthly Profit and Loss Statements and Balance Sheets. Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality. Real estate accounting experience and tax regulation knowledge would both be helpful.
