Background
Applications are now being accepted for a Temporary Part-Time Diagnostic Imaging Booking Clerk. The successful applicant will be required to work days Monday to Saturday, including holidays. The commitment to this position is 37.5 hours per bi-weekly pay period. Please note, this position is expected to end on or before January 1, 2026.

Education

• Diploma in a recognized Medical Administration program or equivalent experience
• Medical Terminology

Qualification

• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records software preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities effectively
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrate leadership capabilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
• Good organizational skills
• Experience working with Cerner, Ocean preferred
• May be required to undergo skills and ability testing
• Excellent teamwork skills

Work Experience
Six (6) months related experience preferred
