Title: Booking Coordinator
Location: Ottawa, Ontario
Position Status: Part-Time, Permanent (22.5 hours per week, Mon to Fri, 8:00 am -12:30 pm)
Reports to: Manager, Deafblind Community Services
Rate: $23.12/hour

Responsibilities:
In covering a broad range of duties, the Booking Coordinator performs moderately complex administrative work. The position entails, but is not limited to the following general responsibilities:
- Schedules and coordinates Intervention Services for DeafBlind individuals
- Assists Manager, DeafBlind Community Services with the allocation of resources
- Performs administrative duties including, but not limited to service tracking, benchmarking, report writing, note taking, etc.
- Performs administrative duties for the Regional Management Team
- Prepares correspondence, mailings and filing
- Assists with preparation and participates in community and in-house presentations pertaining to DeafBlind Services
- Attends internal and external meetings
- Other duties as required
Relationships
- Liaises with volunteers, community agencies, educational facilities and clients
- Participates in team meetings and other regional activities.
- Works independently and collaboratively with the DBS and regional team
- Participates in committees and team meetings as required
