THE POSITION:

  • To maintain and coordinate our entire booking process ensuring that we are achieving our goals of providing our customers and clients with pro-active service and advice.
  • To foster and further develop relationships with both existing and new clients with timely and professional service at all times.
  • To ensure the smooth operation and coordination of our field team.

Responsibilities
  • Attending to client queries / liaising with our clients on an ongoing basis with outstanding service and pro-active resolutions
  • Responding to emails and telephone calls
  • Scheduling Bookings for our field team in consultation with clients in our IT system (Ascora)
  • Negotiate with residents for access
  • Notify residents of changes to appointments (delays, cancellations etc)
  • Co-ordination of RM Network field team to ensure appointments flow smoothly and are always completed to the required standard
  • Booking Keys/swipe/access management for field team
  • Job supplies and materials ordering and monthly stocktake
  • Communicating with our field team regarding property access and work priorities
  • Contributing to the overall efficiency of our systems and processes
