Bookings & Account Manager (Tenancy & Construction)Job Overview Our UK-based client in the property services sector is seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Bookings & Account Manager to oversee client relationships and manage service bookings within their Tenancy and Construction Cleaning division. This role sits at the centre of the client experience, ensuring property managers, developers, and landlords receive exceptional service while maintaining a fully optimised project schedule. The successful candidate will combine relationship management, consultative sales, and operational coordination to support business growth and deliver outstanding service. Rather than focusing on cold sales, this position centres on developing long-term client relationships, converting incoming enquiries, and identifying opportunities to expand services within existing accounts. ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Strategic Growth Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of letting agents, developers, and landlords. Build and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure the company remains the preferred service provider. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services such as carpet cleaning, oven valeting, and specialist construction cleaning. Conduct regular client check-ins and account reviews to maintain satisfaction and identify upcoming projects. Maintain accurate client records and communication logs within the CRM system. Lead Conversion & Booking Management Manage incoming enquiries via shared inboxes and booking platforms with professionalism and prompt responses. Prepare tailored quotations for prospective and existing clients. Follow up on quotations using a consultative approach to maximise conversion rates. Manage scheduling and job details within the ServiceM8 job management system. Ensure all booking information is accurate and properly coordinated with operational teams. Digital Presence & Brand Engagement Build and maintain professional relationships through LinkedIn engagement. Share company achievements and industry insights to maintain visibility with clients. Conduct targeted outreach to potential high-value property agents and developers. Financial & Operational Coordination Generate invoices for completed projects within your portfolio. Assist with tracking departmental performance and project profitability. Coordinate with team leaders to ensure crews have accurate job information and resources. Resolve scheduling or operational challenges to maintain service delivery standards. These responsibilities reflect the key commercial and operational aspects outlined in the original role brief. Qualifications and Experience Previous experience in sales, account management, bookings coordination, or client services. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Ability to identify upselling opportunities and deliver consultative sales conversations.
