Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

This exciting role is to deliver the essential administration for the effective delivery of training courses at Impact Futures/ The Childcare Company. As most of our learners are apprentices this role will be responsible for the smooth coordination of assessments and information relating to learners. The role will involve extensive communication between different stakeholder groups and the careful handling of data. Another important aspect of the role will be the management of records for invigilation, the booking of examinations and also maintaining integrity of result management. The individual will work with a wide range of staff within the quality, operations and audit departments as well as learners themselves.

THIS IS A HYBRID WORKING ROLE. 2 DAYS PER WEEK BASED IN OUR SLOUGH OFFICE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the day-to-day booking and scheduling of training courses and exams
  • Ensure all bookings are processed accurately, and the system is updated accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records of course attendance, cancellations and rescheduling.
  • Uphold standards in the communication and transfer of date, ensuring GDPR compliant process is adopted and advocated throughout the division.
  • Support the transfer of information between different systems to ensure that learners, coaches and leaders have visibility of key progress and attainment data.
