Tabernacle W11 Ltd are currently looking for a Bookings Manager for a vibrant Arts Venue based in Notting Hill. Our venue is at the heart of its community, and is the perfect setting for all kind of events, from Weddings, Conferences, Live Music, Comedy Shows, Theatre Plays, Private Parties, Team Away-Days, Workshops, etc. Adele, Russell Brand, James Blunt, Emily Sande are but a few names we have had the pleasure of hosting in our Theatre space over the years.
The Venue also host a large Dance studio, a Meeting room and a Music Room for hire, allowing us to offer a range of classes, from ballet, yoga, fitness, music rehearsal and much more.
The individual must also have a great attention to detail and be standards driven. They must be able to organise their time and communicate effectively with both Clients and Colleagues, in order to deliver the best possible service.

Responsibilities
  • Dealing with all enquiries and promoting the venue’s facilities to new and existing clients, successfully converting enquiries into sales.
  • Liaising with clients via email, telephone and site visits to elicit requirements and discuss/plan events appropriately.
  • Ensuring all information such as room layout, catering, technical needs and audience numbers is received from the client and effectively communicated internally.
  • Negotiating and issuing contracts for all events and bookings, ensuring terms and conditions are clearly defined and adhered to.
  • Issuing and managing invoices for all bookings, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Liaising with the technical team to ensure lighting, sound and AV requirements are met for each event.
  • Liaising with our in-house security to ensure all events are staffed according to licensing terms.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, fire safety, and first aid responsibilities at all times.
    You will be working with a small team of passionate individuals 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
