We’re looking for a Bookkeeper & Accounts Receivable Specialist who’s not just detail-oriented, but obsessed with accuracy, organization, and proactive follow-up. You’ll own the AR process, keep our books pristine, and give our leadership team the clear, timely financial insights they need to make great decisions.

• Managing accounts receivable: issuing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts
• Recording and reconciling daily financial transactions with precision
• Preparing monthly financial statements and reports for leadership
• Reconciling bank and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy
• Assisting with budget tracking and expense management
• Maintaining orderly financial records and documentation
• Collaborating with the finance team to improve systems and processes
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures
