AAA Steel Fabricators is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper with a strong background in construction accounting.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years bookkeeping/accounting experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience with pay application preparation and submission.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

• Manage AP/AR, bank reconciliations, payroll, and job cost tracking.
• Prepare and submit pay applications.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance.
