• Maintain accurate financial records using Sage,
• Process payroll and manage employee records efficiently.
• Handle accounts payable
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
• Generate financial reports to support management decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage 50, Excel,
• Familiarity with CRA payments
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of payroll processing is preferred.
• Familiarity with accounts payable processes is a plus.
