Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM Job tasks include, but are not limited to: Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Invoice monthly services and projects with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. Pay Sales Tax for multi-states. Responsible for accounts payable and receivables. Make bank deposits and reconciliations. Must be able to multi-task with attention to details. Take on needs and requests as needed. Please note, the summary job specification is not a comprehensive definition of the post. Proven ability to communicate articulately and interact effectively with all levels of professionals within the organization. Strong customer service skills.
