QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks is essential
  • Experience with bank reconciliation and account analysis is highly desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records by recording day-to-day financial transactions
  • Manage accounts receivables and payables
  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for
  • Conduct account reconciliation and analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
  • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, or Sage for efficient record-keeping
  • Prepare financial reports as needed for management review
  • Assist with month-end closing processes and ensure all financial data is up to date
  • Addressing client inquiries and concerns
  • Performing other related duties as required
