We’re Hiring: Part-Time Bookkeeper (Allied Health Clinic – Berwick)
Are you an experienced and detail-oriented bookkeeper looking for flexible part-time work in a friendly, supportive environment?
Our small but busy allied health clinic in Berwick is looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in keeping finances organised and up to date.

Role Type:

  • Part-Time (Flexible hours – approx. 1–2 days per week)
  • On-site

Location:
Berwick, VIC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payroll processing
  • BAS preparation and lodgement
  • Superannuation and PAYG compliance
  • Financial reporting and liaising with external accountant
  • General bookkeeping duties
  • Occasional assistance with admin tasks such as reception support, filing, or client communication

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven bookkeeping experience (experience in a healthcare or small business setting is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of payroll, ATO compliance, and basic HR/payroll legislation
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
  • Willingness to pitch in and help with admin when needed
