OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Bookkeeper/ admin assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with proficiency in various accounting software. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the organisation. The admin side would be general office duties such as stock/stationary ordering, travel organising for events and other general office duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage is essential.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A relevant qualification in accounting or finance is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as Sage.
