OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. This position requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes. The Administrative Assistant will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing overall administrative support.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in bookkeeping and financial management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing, account reconciliation, budgeting, and financial reporting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
