As we scale and modernize our operations, we’re looking for a junior-level bookkeeper who is eager to grow with us and leverage new technologies to help transform the business.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Junior Bookkeeper to join our West Palm Beach team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our on-site staff and remote accountant to ensure our books are accurate, invoices are paid on time, and projects are billed properly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who is tech-savvy, open to learning AI tools, and motivated to grow alongside a fast-evolving company.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related office experience.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles; experience with QuickBooks (or similar) preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Tech-forward mindset with curiosity to learn and apply AI tools for efficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy.
  • Growth mindset—excited about learning, adapting, and contributing to a scaling business.

Responsibilities
  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations).
  • Process vendor invoices, subcontractor payments, and customer billing accurately and on schedule.
  • Assist in job costing and project billing to ensure profitability tracking.
  • Support the remote accountant with month-end closings, reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain organized, digitized financial records.
  • Use technology and AI-based tools to streamline bookkeeping workflows and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the office and field teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Take on special projects to improve systems and processes as the company grows.
