OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative and financial tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles, along with excellent organizational skills. This role is essential for maintaining efficient operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a financial or accounting environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and practices, including bank reconciliation and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and general ledger reconciliation is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective report writing and collaboration with team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
