JOB SUMMARY

  • Maintain financial records: AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations
  • Handle monthly bookkeeping and expense tracking
  • Prepare financial summaries for management
  • Purchase supplies,.
  • Support HR admin: onboarding/offboarding, benefits tracking, basic compliance
  • Manage light HR tasks
  • Record and maintain daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Requirements:
  • 3+ years doing bookkeeping
  • Familiarity with financial concepts such as double-entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, general ledger reconciliation, and account reconciliation.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop is required.
  • Payroll experience ( QB Payroll, or similar)
  • Excel; familiarity with accounting fundamentals
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to perform 10 key typing accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent communication, reliable follow-through, and can-do attitude
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
  • HR or benefits familiarity

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
