JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks). This role is essential for maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role with a focus on accounting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including bookkeeping and payroll management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software - QuickBook is required.
  • Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, account analysis, and budgeting is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
