Description

Duties
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist in the preparation of financial documents, including invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with payroll processing
- Utilize accounting software (such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks) to maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) is required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience as an accounting clerk or administrative assistant is preferred
