JOB DESCRIPTION

Situate Business Solutions is Calgary based IT service & consulting company. We are currently looking for a bookkeeper/administrative assistant(Part-time). Work time: 10~12 hours per week (Monday~Friday, work time frame negotiable-between 8:00am~5:00pm). Location: in person @ 910 7 Ave SW Calgary

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in using QuickBooks is MUST
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping is must
  • Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience is must
  • Minimum one years experience with full-cycle A/P, A/R and related accounting processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and One drive
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills

EDUCATION:

  • A High school diploma or equivalency combined with job related work experience as this roll will be demanding.
