REQUIREMENTS:
✔ Real estate experience (Property management, real estate transactions, or rental management preferred) ✔ Bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks or similar software knowledge is a plus) ✔ Understanding of tax filing, financial compliance, and regulatory requirements ✔ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills ✔ Ability to coordinate with local authorities, vendors, and property managers ✔ Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV
