JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. SKILLS

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of public accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with accounts receivable management and payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation, and account reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with technical accounting concepts and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
