We’re seeking an experienced Bookkeeper or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to manage our accounting operations. ✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records for dealership operations
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and floorplan loans
  • Process and manage payroll and payroll taxes
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Monitor and track sales tax, titling fees, and DMV-related payments
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and annual tax preparation
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or CPA
  • Automotive industry accounting experience is a strong plus
  • CPA certification preferred but not required
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Dealertrack, CDK, or other dealership accounting systems
  • Deep understanding of automotive accounting procedures, sales tax compliance, and financial reporting
    Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities
