An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bookkeeper and Administration Assistant to join our well-established boutique practice. Conveniently located just off the freeway south of the river, we offer free parking and a supportive, collaborative environment.

About the Role
We are open to part-time or full-time applicants.
You should be able to independently prepare and complete reconciliations, Payroll and BAS preparation in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards. We are willing to train for the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Prepare BAS Returns for companies
· Payroll
· Bank and Account reconciliations
· Administrative tasks for Accountants
· Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Skills & Experience
· MYOB / QuickBooks / Xero proficiency (advantageous)
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
· Strong customer service focus
· Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure
· Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills
