KEY QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• 2 plus years of Bookkeeping experience
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Experience with Bookkeeping software Quickbooks
• Strong attention to details and excellent organization skills

• Assist in Managing Day to day accounts payable and receivables department using QuickBooks accounting software and other programs
• Monitoring and processing accounts payable and receivables for company divisions
• Reconciles bank statements and credit card statements using online portal’s
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors
• Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
• Processing due invoices for payments
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
• Keeping track of late account receivables and making contact for payment
• Record day-to-day financial transactions
• Provide information to the external accountant, and Upper Management as necessary
• Receipt and management of wire transfers
