We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and be comfortable managing both bookkeeping and administrative duties. This is a fully remote position for now, with the potential to transition to an office in Cleburne, TX in the future, then position would become hybrid.

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank/credit card statements
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and expense reports
  • Assist with payroll preparation
  • Help with general office administration — scheduling, filing, and correspondence
