Description

Bookkeeper The Bookkeeper will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of invoicing, billing, payroll, payment processing, reconciliations, and monthly close activities. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and contribute to a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities: Invoicing & Billing:

  • Generate and issue all invoices for rental services.
  • Review recurring billing schedules for accuracy and completeness.
  • Disable recurring billing when rental units are returned from the field.
  • Close out job tickets once finalized by the accounting department.

Payroll Administration:

  • Process payroll using Paycom, including onboarding new hires, terminations, benefits administration, and related payroll functions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Accounts Receivable & Payable:

  • Post customer payments in QuickBooks and prepare deposits.
  • Issue checks to vendors accurately and timely.

Banking & Reconciliations

  • Reconcile bank accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Financial Close & Reporting:

  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare supporting documentation and reconcile general ledger accounts as needed.

Additional Duties:

  • Support ad hoc accounting projects and process improvements as required.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in compliance with company standards.
