Position OverviewCareLinc is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Bookkeeper with specialised expertise in the Aged Care (Home Care Packages) and NDIS sectors. Operating across our Liverpool and Fairfield West locations, you will play a critical role in managing financial operations, navigating complex funding schemes, ensuring billing accuracy, and maintaining compliance with sector-specific financial standards.The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of NDIS price guides, Home Care Package financial management, and multi-stream invoicing structures unique to the care industry.

• Key Responsibilities & Core Duties1. Industry-Specific Financial Management & InvoicingManage end-to-end accounts receivable and accounts payable tailored to NDIS plan managers, self-managed participants, and Home Care Package providers.
• Process complex monthly billing cycles, ensuring line items match approved participant budgets, service agreements, and current NDIS pricing arrangements.
• Reconcile third-party and vendor accounts (including pharmacy, equipment, and subcontractor invoices) accurately and efficiently.
