As a growing firm we are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team with the option to work in either our Kyogle or Lismore office.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful candidates will:

  • have a positive attitude and be willing to work in a team environment
  • have proven bookkeeping experience.
  • previous experience & knowledge of accounting software programs.

We currently have clients using the following programs:

  • Xero
Responsibilities
  • Data entry and bank reconciliations
  • Assist accountants with any bookkeeping requirements
  • Entering data from source documents such as invoices and bank statements
  • Delivering exceptional service to our clients.
  • Payroll assistance and support for our clients
  • Bookkeeping and software trouble shooting duties for small business clients
  • Preparation and lodgement of IAS/BAS/STP/TPAR
  • Liaise with ATO where required
