Position: Bookkeeper Salary: PHP 77,000 - PHP 96,200/month Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM - 3:00PM PH Time (to confirm) Holidays: TBD OVERVIEW: The company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support accounting operations for a portfolio of trusts and SMEs. The ideal candidate has a solid background in Xero accounting software, a keen eye for accuracy, and experience managing financial records in compliance with Australian accounting standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients (trusts and SMEs). Process accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, and other ATO-related requirements. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting. Collaborate with accountants and business owners to ensure compliance and financial accuracy. Support end-of-month and end-of-year reporting requirements. QUALIFICATIONS: Must Have: Minimum 4 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in Australian accounting. Proficient in Xero (Xero certification highly preferred). Strong understanding of ATO requirements and compliance processes. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts. Nice to Have: Experience working with accounting firms or trust entities. Exposure to senior accounting tasks or financial analysis.
