We’re a close-knit, motivated team - and now we’re looking for a client-facing bookkeeper who loves precision, problem-solving, and people.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Must have:

• Xero and QuickBooks proficiency
• Knowledge of CIS processes and construction-sector bookkeeping
• Bookkeeping experience in practice or multi-business environments
• Ability to travel to and from Poole and Ringwood - this is an in-office role, not remote

Nice to have:

• Sage 50 experience
• Apron experience
• Prior client-facing role

THE ROLE

This is not a “back-office only” job. You’ll be the go-to for accurate bookkeeping across a varied portfolio of clients, while also spending 2 days per week on-site in Poole. The rest of your week will be in our Ringwood office, collaborating with the wider team.
We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, organised, and confident in both their numbers and their client conversations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide full bookkeeping support, including bank reconciliations, ledgers, and VAT return preparation
• Prepare CIS returns and manage CIS processes
• Visit client site (in Poole) twice a week
• Build strong, trusted client relationships
• Work closely with accountants and the management team to ensure accurate, timely data
• Support improvements to internal processes and client systems
• Provide ad hoc support when needed
