We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring financial compliance. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Experience with payroll processing is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Prior experience as a bookkeeper or accounting clerk is advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and ledgers
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy
  • Track and manage petty cash and other financial transactions
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and other financial documents
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
