REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Experience with payroll processing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience as a bookkeeper or accounting clerk is advantageous

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and ledgers
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Track and manage petty cash and other financial transactions
- Support the preparation of financial statements and other financial documents
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
