JOB SUMMARY

As the Finance Manager at HARVEST Clean Eats, you will oversee and manage the company’s financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting processes. You will report directly to the Vice President of Finance & Strategy. You will ensure accurate financial data, support leadership with strategic decision-making, and drive financial efficiency throughout the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with expertise in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that never stops growing.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Proven experience in the field for at least one year
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using QuickBooks
  • Assist in the preperation for financial statements
  • Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivables and payables
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports daily
  • Monitor and report on financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and budget targets
  • Calculate and prepare payment for payroll, vendor payments, utilities, and other bills
  • Collaborate with other departments to supporting budgeting and forecasting efforts
