PART-TIME – APPROX. 15 HOURS/WEEK | £28K–£32K FTE (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION LEVEL)REMOTE-FIRST WITH OCCASIONAL IN-PERSON MEETINGS | REPORTS TO THE BUSINESS OWNER

We’re growing – and this is your opportunity to join us at the heart of our in-house finance team. This is a brand-new role working closely with our founder and existing bookkeeper, payroll support team and VA, with a focus on client bookkeeping and supporting the smooth running of our internal systems and operations.
We’re a small but mighty business that supports ambitious agencies and service-based SMEs to scale – through our fully outsourced finance function from bookkeeping, compliance services, monthly management reporting and FD support and we take pride in delivering top-quality work without the stuffy accountant vibe. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • AAT Level 3 minimum,
  • Experience working in a practice 3-5 years.
  • Solid working knowledge of Xero
  • Good working knowledge of VAT and payroll processes
  • Comfortable with cloud-based tools and workflow systems (Engager or similar)
  • Organised, methodical, and calm under pressure
  • Clear communicator with a friendly, professional manner
  • Able to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Detail-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to respond well to change

HOURS & PAY

  • In-house role
  • Approx. 15 hours/week
  • Remote working with occasional in-person meetings (South east based)
  • £28k -£32k FTE - depending on experience and qualification level.
  • Leave and time off to be coordinated with our small team to ensure client coverage
