KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably within e-commerce or wholesale industries.
• Proficiency in Xero and experience reconciling accounts.
• Knowledge of BAS preparation and submission in Australia.
• Familiarity with Shopify financial systems is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Australian tax and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced bookkeeper who will manage our financial processes and compliance. This part-time role will support both our B2B (retailers and wholesalers) and B2C (Shopify) operations. You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and supporting our global e-commerce and retail operations.
