We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join us in a newly created role—a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to take ownership of the company’s financial management as we continue to grow. This role is vital to supporting the Company Director and ensuring smooth, efficient day-to-day operations.

· Experience in VAT preparation
· Supplier statement reconciliations on a monthly basis, requesting invoices where required
· Dealing with supplier / invoice queries or internal queries in relation to accounts payable
· Managing company expenses
· Reconciling incoming and outgoing payments
· Handling monthly payroll in BrightPay
· Producing monthly and detailed sales reports for the Director
· Using Xero accounting software to maintain accurate financial records
· Supporting at shows and events throughout the year (optional)
