Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit statements for review and compliance with Australian tax regulations. Utilize billing and financial management tasks. Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts using Xero. Assist with general bookkeeping duties, including payroll support and expense tracking. Generate financial reports and provide insights to support business decision-making. Ensure compliance with Australian financial regulations and company policies. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve financial discrepancies. Aged Receivables & Collections: Pursue overdue invoices via calls and emails to secure timely payment. Required Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role previously with an Australian based companies Experience preparing BAS statements in accordance with Australian tax requirements Proficiency in Xero accounting software Familiarity with Datagate or similar Telco/Utility billing platforms Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Work Setup & Schedule: Location: Gear Inc. Alabang Office in the Philippines Shift & Work Hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Manila time
