JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO), strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems. This role also supports payroll and some HR administration, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both finance and operations.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Proven Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll reports.
  • Experience working with an ERP system is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.) and other digital platforms.
  • Some exposure to HR administration is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify balances and resolve discrepancies.
  • Process payroll reports and ensure timely, accurate payments to employees.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Perform account analysis to identify trends and variances in financial performance.
  • Utilize accounting software QuickBooks Online (QBO), for daily bookkeeping tasks.
  • Manage entries in the ERP system Proshop and ensure data integrity.
  • Support HR administration tasks such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and other related duties.
