Invistec Consulting Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-pacedenvironment and is passionate about ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations.

DESCRIPTION OF THE OPPORTUNITY:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions
  • Accurately prepare and process client invoices, expense entries, and vendor payments
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconcile accounts
  • Maintain and improve internal bookkeeping processes and systems
  • Support preparation and review of financial statements
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial tracking and reporting
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
  • Assist with year-end and audit support as required
