We’re not just building software; we’re redefining how people experience home. The Role We’re looking for an experienced and independent Bookkeeper to join our Finance team in Israel. This is not a narrow AP/AR position, you will own and lead the day-to-day accounting operations across both Israel and the United States, working closely with the finance team and business stakeholders. The role requires maturity, ownership, and the ability to push processes forward, identify gaps, and raise flags when needed. What You’ll Do Manage ongoing bookkeeping activities for IL & US entities Accounts payable: vendor onboarding, invoice processing, approvals and payments (local & international) Accounts receivable: customer billing and payment tracking Support collection efforts when required Bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations Journal entries and ongoing accounting controls VAT reporting and work with authorities Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes Work with external accountants, tax advisors and auditors Improve and streamline financial processes and workflows Participate in ad-hoc finance projects Requirements Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2+) 6+ years of broad bookkeeping experience Experience working with both AP and AR Experience in a startup or tech company Experience with global activity / US operations ERP experience (NetSuite - Must) Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills High level English (written & spoken) Detail-oriented, organized and highly reliable Independent, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with non-finance stakeholders What You’ll Get A professional environment with real ownership and impact Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company post-Series B Hands-on role shaping financial processes across IL & US operations Hybrid work model Collaborative and supportive finance team
